Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, fill out career forms, generate documents, and contact support. We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the service (such as authentication tokens and request logs).

This includes your email address, name, optional avatar, and any profile fields you save in Settings. This data is used to operate your account and personalize generated documents.

When you use a generator, the form fields you submit (work history, skills, job descriptions, etc.) are sent to our backend so we can generate the requested document.

Documents you generate may be stored in your document history so you can re-download them without using more credits. You can delete documents from your history at any time.

Payments are processed by Paystack. Profilo does not store your card details. We receive and store transaction metadata (such as amount, currency, status, and a transaction reference) needed to credit your account and provide receipts.

To generate documents, the inputs you provide are sent to a third-party AI provider through our backend. Inputs are processed to produce the requested output and are not used by Profilo to train models.

Generated documents and uploaded avatars are stored using our managed cloud backend. Downloads are served via short-lived signed URLs scoped to your account.

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion attempts to remove your profile, avatar, and stored generated documents on a best-effort basis. Some records (such as payment/audit logs) may be retained where required by law or by our payment processor.

Profilo uses cookies and browser local storage strictly to keep you signed in, remember in-progress drafts, and operate the app. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
