Profilo provides AI-assisted tools to help you draft career documents (CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn bios, professional bios, salary letters, interview prep packs, and tailored applications). By using Profilo, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Generations are paid for using credits, which are purchased in bundles. Credits do not expire. Re-downloading a document you previously generated does not consume additional credits. Pricing and bundle contents may change over time.

Profilo helps you produce career documents but does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary increases, or any specific career outcome.

All output is AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every document before submitting it to an employer or third party.

Generated documents may be saved to your document history so you can re-download them at no additional cost. You may delete documents from your history at any time. Deletion attempts to remove the underlying file from storage on a best-effort basis.

You agree not to use Profilo to produce false credentials, impersonate another person, generate misleading content, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

You may delete your account from the Settings page. Deletion attempts to remove your profile, stored avatar, and stored generated documents on a best-effort basis. Some payment, audit, or transaction records may be retained where required by law or by our payment processor.

Profilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profilo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
